Research Area Summary:
I am Dr. Jaymala Arun Kumawat as an Assistant Professor with 12 years of teaching experience. I hold an M. Pharm in Pharmacology and Ph.D. My research covers areas like anti-inflammatory drugs, analgesics, and antimicrobials, antibacterials with strong skills in handling animals for research. I have published 15 articles in Scopus and Web of Science journals and authored 02 books. Throughout my academic career, I have published many papers and presented at national and international conferences. My current research is focused on studying herbal drugs for treating Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), with a particular interest in studying behavioural and biochemical models to understand the potential of herbal remedies.
