Research Summary :
I have worked on High-Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC) during my Master's project, as well as at industry. It is widely employed for the simultaneous estimation of pharmaceutical compounds due to its precision and sensitivity. Fexofenadine, an antihistamine, and Pseudoephedrine, a decongestant, are commonly combined in formulations for treating allergic rhinitis. The simultaneous estimation of these drugs by HPLC involves the development of a robust method that can effectively separate and quantify both compounds in a single run. I have also worked on synthesis of Mitogen-Activated Protein Kinase (MAPK) pathways play a critical role in inflammatory processes, making them a target for anti-inflammatory drug development. MAPK inhibitors are designed to interrupt the signaling cascades that lead to the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines.
